Cauliflower slaw

Ingredients

1Head cauliflower; thinly sliced
½Purple onion; thinly sliced
½cupChopped celery
½cupChopped carrots
1can(14-oz) artichoke hearts; drained and chopped
1Bottle (16-oz) Wishbone Italian dressing
2tablespoonsChili sauce
1tablespoonLemon juice
1teaspoonDill weed
1cupMayonnaise

Directions

Marinate vegetables in ltalian Dressing for 2 hours. Drain. Mix the chili sauce, lemon juice, dill weed and mayonnaise. Toss with the vegetables.

Chill for 2 hours. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
