Cauliflower slaw

Ingredients

| 1 | Head cauliflower; thinly sliced | |
| ½ | Purple onion; thinly sliced | |
| ½ | cup | Chopped celery |
| ½ | cup | Chopped carrots |
| 1 | can | (14-oz) artichoke hearts; drained and chopped |
| 1 | Bottle (16-oz) Wishbone Italian dressing | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chili sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dill weed |
| 1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
Directions
Marinate vegetables in ltalian Dressing for 2 hours. Drain. Mix the chili sauce, lemon juice, dill weed and mayonnaise. Toss with the vegetables.
Chill for 2 hours. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
