|½ cup||Lowfat vanilla yogurt (up to)|
|1 teaspoon||Grated orange peel|
|2 smalls||Zucchini; shredded (about 2 cups)|
|1½ cup||Chopped apples|
|2 tablespoons||Unsalted shelled sunflower seeds|
In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; blend well. In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; stir gently to coat.
