½cupHalved seedless green or red grapes
½cupCubed nectarine or peeled peach (up to)
2teaspoonsLemon juice
4cupsPurchased coleslaw blend
1tablespoonChopped peanuts or shelled sunflower seeds; if desired

Directions

SALAD

In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; blend well.

In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except peanuts; stir gently to combine. Pour dressing over salad; stir gently to coat. Sprinkle with peanuts.
