Four hour stew

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Stew beef
1 \N Onion sliced
1 pack Onion soup mix
3 teaspoons Minute tapioca
6 \N Carrots sliced
3 \N Stalks of celery sliced
1 can Mushroom soup
1 can Water

Grease casserole and put in diced beef, add rest of ingredients in order given. Cover and bake in 250 F oven for 4 hours. Very good.
