60 minute oven stew

Ingredients

1poundsSteak, sirloin; uncooked, trimmed of fat and cut into thin strips
6smallsPotatoes, red; quartered
½poundsGreen beans, fresh; trimmed
6Carrots, peeled and sliced
1smallOnion, yellow; cut into small wedges
1canBeef broth
½cupFlour
2teaspoonsBroiled steak seasoning
½teaspoonThyme leaves
¼teaspoonBlack pepper

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a 13x9x2" baking dish.

Im a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients with a whisk. Pour over meat and vegetables.

Cover baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Carefully uncover and stir meat and vegetables.

Cover and bake an additional 20 minutes. Uncover and stir stew before serving.
