Baked stew

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Potatoes, cut up
6 \N Carrots, cut up
1 cup Celery
2 pounds Stew meat
1 pack Onion soup mix
1 cup Stewed tomatoes
3 tablespoons Tapioca
