|4 larges||Sliced raw potatoes|
|1 cup||Celery, sliced|
|1 pounds||Ground beef or ground turkey|
|½ cup||Sliced onions|
|2 cups||Meat sauce|
|\N \N||Salt and pepper|
Arrange ingredients in layers in a greased casserole dish. Salt and pepper each layer as you like. Bake at 350 deg for about 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
