Five-spice baked chicken

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Rice
2 \N Green onion, chopped
⅓ cup Water
¼ teaspoon Five spice
½ \N Chicken breast
1 \N Carrot, chopped
1 \N Garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
\N \N Pepper, dash

Place first four ingredients on foil with dull side down. Place chicken breast on top. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over breast.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
