Five-layer pasta salad

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (7 ounces) shell macaroni
1 cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
2 \N Cloves garlic; crushed
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese; (4 ounces)
⅓ cup Sliced green onions
3 cups Bite size pieces lettuce
3 larges Tomatoes chopped
2 cups Diced cooked smoked ham

OK Jeff, here's one I actually use the measurements the recipe calls for.

Only made it once. Next time I will add a few more things to it. It seems to be a playful recipe. Compliments of Miss Betty as in Crocker Too Hot To Cook

Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.

Combine macaroni, mayo or salad dressing ( which ever you like), salt, pepper, garlic and onions, garlic power and onion powder. (didn’t measure the garlic & onion powder)

Layer lettuce, tomatoes, ham, cheese and macaroni mixture in large clear bowl. Cover and refrigerate.

The recipe called for the lettuce to be the first layer, but I made it the last layer. Didn’t want my lettuce to faint.
