Fettuccini slaw

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pack (1-lb) Creamette Fettuccini; broken into thirds; uncooked
3 cups Finely chopped cabbage
2 cups Finely shredded carrots
2 cups Thinly sliced celery
2 cups Thinly sliced cucumber
1 carton (8-oz) plain low-fat yogurt
½ cup Reduced calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons White vinegar
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
¼ teaspoon Pepper
\N \N Paprika

Prepare Creamette Fettuccini as package directs; drain. In large bowl, combine fettuccini, cabbage, carrots, celery and cucumber. In small bowl, blend yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and pepper; toss with fettuccini mixture. Garnish with paprika. Cover; chill thoroughly. Toss gently before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
