Fatfree italian dressing

Ingredients

2tablespoonsApple cider vinegar
1tablespoonChopped onion
¼cupWater
2tablespoonsFrozen apple juice
Concentrate
1Clove garlic, cut in half
1teaspoonHoney
½teaspoonCrushed dried basil
½teaspoonCrushed dried oregano
1pinchWhite pepper
2Canned artichoke hearts
(packed in water),
Rinsed and drained
(about 1/2 cup)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

Chill at least 15 minutes before serving.

Yields: 1 cup
