Fat-free thousand island dressing

Quantity Ingredient
cup Celery; chopped fine
¼ cup Bell peppers; chopped fine
¼ cup Onions; chopped fine
1 cup Fat-free mayonnaise
¼ cup Chili sauce
1 teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Salt
2 Egg whites; hard cooked
Hard cooked and quartered

Place steel blade in work bowl. Add celery, bell peppers, and onions.

Process with on/off pulses until finely chopped. Add mayonnaise, chili sauce, paprika, salt, and egg whites. Process just until mixed.

Serving Ideas : Chill until ready to serve.
