English pea-bacon salad

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs (10-oz) frozen green peas; thawed
1 cup Sour cream
2 Green onions; chopped
6 slices Bacon; crisply cooked and crumbled
1 can (8-oz) water chestnuts; drained
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Combine peas, sour cream, onions, bacon and water chestnuts. Season to taste. Yield: 12 servings.
