Perfectly set cranberry sauce

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Cranberries
4 cups Sugar
2½ cup Boiling water

1. Bring water to a boil; add cranberries and cook until berries have popped. 2. Add sugar; cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour into a serving bowl, let cool slightly, then refrigerate until properly set.
