Easy beef tortilla pizzas

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 medium Onion -- chopped
1 teaspoon Oregano -- crushed
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Basil -- crushed
½ teaspoon Lemon pepper
1 teaspoon Cilantro -- crushed
½ teaspoon Crushed dried red pepper
4 10" flour tortillas
4 teaspoons Olive oil
1 medium Tomato -- chopped
4 ounces Feta cheese -- crumbled
¼ cup Parmesan -- grated
1 cup Cheddar cheese -- shredded
⅓ cup Ripe olives -- sliced

Preheat oven to 400 F. Heat large skillet over medium heat until hot.

Crumble beef into skillet, add onion. Cook, stirring to separate meat until no pink remains. Pour off drippings. Sprinkle oregano and salt over meaat mixture. Place tortillas on 2 large baking sheets.

Lightly brush surface of tortillas with oil. Bake tortillas 3 minutes. Spoon an equal portion of beef evenly over each tortilla; top with tomato and desired toppings. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, rearranging baking sheets halfway through cooking time.
