Easy baked corn

| 1 | pack | Corn bread mix -- 8-1/2 oz. |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |

| 2 | cans | Whole kernel corn -- 16 oz. |

Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine egg and sour cream; stir in corn bread mix, salt and pepper. Add corn; mix well. Pour into a greased 11-in. x 7-in. x 1-½-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400 deg. for 25-30 minutes or till golden. Yield: 8 servings Recipe By : Country Woman
