Baked corn and tomatoes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Corn; freshly grated
2 cups Tomatoes, fresh; chopped
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
3 tablespoons Butter (or marg.); melted
1 cup Breadcrumbs, fresh dry

Directions

Combine corn and tomatoes; add sugar, salt, pepper, and melted butter.

Spoon into a greased 1-quart baking dish. Cover with breadcrumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until corn is done.
