Down-east style sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 gallon Vinegar
¾ cup Salt
2 tablespoons Cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons Red pepper flakes
1 cup Brown sugar

Combine all ingredients. Allow to stand for four hours. Serve as table sauce.
