2 tablespoons Chili powder
½ cup Onion -- (minced)
2 teaspoons Coriander
2 teaspoons Garlic -- (minced)
½ teaspoon Cumin
1 cup Peanut butter
2 cups Chicken stock
¾ cup Honey
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
\N \N Cayenne -- (pinch)
1 teaspoon Chili oil

saute onion, garlic, chili powder, coriander & cumin in oil. Stir in balance of ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer until sauce is creamy. Cool and Hold. Enjoy! Mary in K.C.
