Dottie's coconut-lemon bars

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
½ cup Butter
¼ cup Brown sugar
3 Eggs, beaten
2 cups Brown sugar, packed
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Shredded unsweetened
Coconut
½ cup Raisins
½ cup Walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Lemon rind, grated

Mix flour, butter, and ¼ c sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x13" pan. Bake 10 min at 350. Cool.

Mix all the remaining ingredients. Spread over the crust layer. Bake 20 min at 350.
