Lemon bars #1

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Margarine
½ cup Powdered sugar
1½ cup All purpose flour
3 \N Eggs; slightly beaten
1½ cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Flour
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Powdered sugar

Mix margarine, powdered sugar & 1-½ cups flour. Press into a 13x9-inch baking pan to form crust. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until light brown. While crust bakes, mix eggs, sugar, 3 Tbs flour & lemon juice. Pour mixture over hot crust & bake for 20-25 minutes. Cut while warm. When bars cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
