Donna's fresh apple cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 larges Apples; (chopped fine)
1 cup Packed brown sugar
1 cup White sugar
2 \N Eggs; (room temperature)
1 cup Oil
1 cup Chopped walnuts
3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1½ teaspoon Baking soda
2 teaspoons Vanilla

Notes: The Times PA. by Donna Coleman of Jonas Pour brown and white sugar over apples in a large bowl. Let sit for 20 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together with large wooden spoon until well-blended. Pour into a greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350° for one hour. Can be topped with whipped cream and garnished with maraschino cherry before serving.
