Dijon tofu dip

Yield: 5 Servings

Measure Ingredient
16 ounces Tofu block -- drained
2 tablespoons Soy sauce, low sodium
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon Horseradish -- powder
1 teaspoon Dill weed
½ teaspoon Onion powder
2 eaches Garlic cloves
4 tablespoons Coriander leaves -- chopped

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Add a little water if necessary for ease in preparation.

HELPFUL HINTS: This makes quite a large amount of dip. It keeps well in the refrigerator. Makes a delicious topping for baked potatoes.
