Dijon tofu dip

| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce, low sodium |
| 4 | teaspoons | Dijon mustard |
| ½ | teaspoon | Horseradish -- powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dill weed |
| ½ | teaspoon | Onion powder |
| 2 | eaches | Garlic cloves |
| 4 | tablespoons | Coriander leaves -- chopped |

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Add a little water if necessary for ease in preparation.
HELPFUL HINTS: This makes quite a large amount of dip. It keeps well in the refrigerator. Makes a delicious topping for baked potatoes.
