Tofu curry dip

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Firm tofu
¾ cup Olive oil; (up to 1)
8 tablespoons White vinegar
2 teaspoons Salt
8 teaspoons Curry powder
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 Cloves garlic
Fresh vegetables for dipping; (carrot, celery, bell pepper, etc)
Regular or whole wheat pita bread; cut into wedges
