Spinach tofu dip

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Scallions; coarsely chopped
1 \N Clove garlic; peeled
1 pack (10-oz) frozen chopped spinach; thawed and squeezed dry
½ teaspoon Cayenne
¼ pounds Silken tofu
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
3 drops Sesame oil; more or less (optional)
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
