Tofu dill spread

1 \N Cucumber
\N \N Peeled and cut into small pieces
1 pounds Soft or silken tofu
1 teaspoon Dill weed
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
¼ cup Chopped fresh parsley
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
\N \N Salt to taste; (optional)

Makes 5 Servings. This recipe takes 5 minutes to prepare.

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until creamy. Chill. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
