Dijon bourbon marinade

¼ | cup | Low sodium soy sauce |
¼ | cup | Dijon mustard |
¼ | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
¼ | cup | Dark brown sugar; firmly packed |
6 | Pearl onions; minced | |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | White pepper; or to taste |
Directions
Whisk together all ingredients making sure the sugar has dissolved. It works best if you use a glass bowl.

Notes: MAKES 1 CUP. This is an incredible marinade for Lamb, pork, chicken or beef. Marinate the meat in the refrigerator over night, using the remainder to baste with during cooking.
