Bourbon marinade for chicken

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Bourbon
¼ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Brown sugar
1 large Onion; chopped
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Lemon; juice of

Combine all ingredients. Marinate chicken for a few hours or overnight in dish. Cook chicken on grill and baste with sauce. Yield: 1 to 1-½ cups.
