Diced vegetable salad

Ingredients

2green bell peppers (capsicums)
4largestomatoes
2onions, peeled
2kirby cucumbers of 1 small cucumber, peel; ed
2eggs, hardcooked (hardboiled) (opti; onal)
1smallcan tuna (optional)
¼cupolive oil
2tablespoonswhite wine vinegar
salt

Directions

Dice all the ingredients finely into ½ inch cubes and dress with the Olive oil, Vinegar and salt. Mix thoroughly. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
