Diced vegetable salad

Ingredients

| 2 | green bell peppers (capsicums) | |
| 4 | larges | tomatoes |
| 2 | onions, peeled | |
| 2 | kirby cucumbers of 1 small cucumber, peel; ed | |
| 2 | eggs, hardcooked (hardboiled) (opti; onal) | |
| 1 | small | can tuna (optional) |
| ¼ | cup | olive oil |
| 2 | tablespoons | white wine vinegar |
| salt | ||
Directions
Dice all the ingredients finely into ½ inch cubes and dress with the Olive oil, Vinegar and salt. Mix thoroughly. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
