1eachCucumber -- sliced
2cupsBroccoli flowerets
1cupCauliflower
1largeTomato -- cut in wedges
1largeCarrot -- shredded
1Bottle Ranch salad dressing, 8 oz.
2tablespoonsParmesan cheese -- grated
½teaspoonLemon pepper

Directions

In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato and carrot. In a small bowl, combine dressing.

Parmesan cheese and lemon pepper; mix well. serve with salad. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
