Mixed vegetable slaw

1 cup Low Fat Yogurt
2 tablespoons Miracle Whip
2 tablespoons Grated Onion
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
½ teaspoon Dried Basil, Crumbled
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Grated Lemon Peel
¼ teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
4 cups Shredded Cabbage
1 cup Shredded Carrots
1 \N Red Or Yellow Bell Pepper *
⅓ cup Thinly Sliced Radishes

* Red or yellow bell pepper should be seeded and julienned.
