Vegetable salad

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack 10 oz frozen broccoli
1 pack 10 oz frozen peas
1 small Head cauliflower
1 bunch Green onions
1 cup Celery -- diced
1 small Can water chestnuts
1 \N 8 oz bottle Caesar dressing

Cook peas and broccoli 2 or 3 minutes in salted water; drain. Cool; add diced cauliflower, diced onions, celery and water chestnuts. Toss with an 8-ounce bottle creamy Caesar dressing. This may be prepared ahead and put dressing on as needed.
