Ingredients

1pack10 oz frozen broccoli
1pack10 oz frozen peas
1smallHead cauliflower
1bunchGreen onions
1cupCelery -- diced
1smallCan water chestnuts
18 oz bottle Caesar dressing

Directions

Cook peas and broccoli 2 or 3 minutes in salted water; drain. Cool; add diced cauliflower, diced onions, celery and water chestnuts. Toss with an 8-ounce bottle creamy Caesar dressing. This may be prepared ahead and put dressing on as needed.
