Salad vegetable mix

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can French-cut green beans
1 can (small) pimento; chopped & drained
1 can Small peas
4 \N Stalks celery; chopped fine
1 medium Onion; chopped fine
1 \N Green pepper; chopped
1 cup Vinegar
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Salt
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Salad oil


Stir vinegar, pepper, salt & sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add salad oil.

Drain canned vegetables. Pour dressing over mixed vegetables & refrigerate overnight. Drain well before serving on lettuce leaves. Amount of vegetables may be doubled & the same amount of dressing used.
