1 can | French-cut green beans |
1 can | (small) pimento; chopped & drained |
1 can | Small peas |
4 \N | Stalks celery; chopped fine |
1 medium | Onion; chopped fine |
1 \N | Green pepper; chopped |
1 cup | Vinegar |
1 teaspoon | Pepper |
1 tablespoon | Salt |
1 cup | Sugar |
1 cup | Salad oil |
DRESSING
Stir vinegar, pepper, salt & sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add salad oil.
Drain canned vegetables. Pour dressing over mixed vegetables & refrigerate overnight. Drain well before serving on lettuce leaves. Amount of vegetables may be doubled & the same amount of dressing used.
