Salad vegetable mix

1canFrench-cut green beans
1can(small) pimento; chopped & drained
1canSmall peas
4Stalks celery; chopped fine
1mediumOnion; chopped fine
1Green pepper; chopped
1cupVinegar
1teaspoonPepper
1tablespoonSalt
1cupSugar
1cupSalad oil

Directions

DRESSING

Stir vinegar, pepper, salt & sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add salad oil.

Drain canned vegetables. Pour dressing over mixed vegetables & refrigerate overnight. Drain well before serving on lettuce leaves. Amount of vegetables may be doubled & the same amount of dressing used.
