Dave's favorite jello mold

Ingredients

| 3 | ounces | Gelatin -- any flavor |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Water -- boiling |
| 1 | can | Peach Slices In Syrup |
| 2 | teaspoons | Lemon Juice -- (or lime |
| Juice) | ||
| 3 | ounces | Cream Cheese -- softened OR |
| ½ | cup | Sour Cream |
Directions
Dissolve jello, sugar, and salt in boiling water.
Drain peaches, and add water to juice to make 1 cup of liquid. Add liquid to jello. Reserve ½ cup jello for topping. Blend cheese (or sour cream) with ½ cup of the jello until smooth. Pour into mold. Mix rest of jello with peaches, pour into mold (an 8 x 8 x 2, or 2 quart mold). Chill until firm.
NOTE: reduce liquid slightly if using sour cream.
