Molded jello salad

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 ounces Crushed Pineapple
\N \N Juice Of One Lemon
½ cup Sugar
¾ cup Cottage Cheese
1 cup Whipped Whipping Cream
1 small Package Lime Jello

Dissolve jello in one cup of hot water. Combine remaining ingredients except cottage cheese and whipped cream. Place in refrigerator. When thick, add the cottage cheese and whipped cream. Return to refrigerator until set. From: Syd's Cookbook.
