Curry artichoke dip

Measure Ingredient
1 can Artichoke hearts, drained
And squeezed dry
½ Box Mori Nu Lite Tofu
¼ cup Rice Dream (rice milk)
2 Cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon Ground coriander
½ teaspoon Ground cumin
¼ teaspoon Turmeric
⅛ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
⅛ teaspoon Hot mustard
⅛ teaspoon Ground cloves
⅛ teaspoon Black pepper

Combine all in food processor and blend. Put in microwave safe dish and heat for 2-4 minutes. Serve hot. Better the second day.
