Curry artichoke dip

| 1 | can | Artichoke hearts, drained |
| And squeezed dry | ||
| ½ | Box Mori Nu Lite Tofu | |
| ¼ | cup | Rice Dream (rice milk) |
| 2 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground coriander |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Turmeric |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Hot mustard |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Ground cloves |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
Directions
Combine all in food processor and blend. Put in microwave safe dish and heat for 2-4 minutes. Serve hot. Better the second day.
