Spicy artichoke dip

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 can (14-oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 can (4-oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1 \N Garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons Green onion slices
2 tablespoons Chopped tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients except onions and tomatoes. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes.

Serve with crackers or pita bread triangles.

Makes 2 cups.
