Spicy artichoke dip

Ingredients

1cupGrated Parmesan cheese
1cupMayonnaise
1can(14-oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1can(4-oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1Garlic clove, minced
2tablespoonsGreen onion slices
2tablespoonsChopped tomatoes

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients except onions and tomatoes. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes.

Serve with crackers or pita bread triangles.

Makes 2 cups.
