Spinach and artichoke dip

12ouncesMonterey jack cheese; shredded
12ouncesMozzarella cheese; shredded
½cupParmesan cheese; grated
½cupSour cream
½cupMayonnaise
1canArtichoke Hearts; (14 oz) drained and
Chopped
5slicesProvolone cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to broil. Drain spinach well and combine with the next 6 ingredients in a microwave safe dish; mix well. Microwave on High until bubbly. Top with provolone cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve with salsa and tortilla chips. Yield 16 to 20 serving
