Cucumbers in cream sauce

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient

4 md Cucumbers -- Peel And

: Thinly

: Sliced

1 md Onion -- Sliced

2 ts Salt

: Cream Sauce-----

½ c Whipping Cream -- Not

: Whipped

2 TB Vinegar

¼ ts Salt

⅛ ts Pepper

In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, and salt. Let stand at room temperature about 1 hour. Drain well. Combine ingredients for cream sauce, add to cucumber/onion mixture, and stir. Chill several hours before serving.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
