Cucumbers in sour cream

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Cucumbers
2 tablespoons Salt
1½ cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Sugar
3 tablespoons Vinegar
½ teaspoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon Chives

Slice the cucumbers thin. Sprinkle with the salt and let stand in a bowl for 2 hours. Rinse in cold water and squeeze out the moisture. Mix the rest of the ingredients and fold in the cucumbers into the sauce. Chill.
