Cucumber butter

Measure Ingredient
1 medium Cucumber, peeled, seeded &
\N \N Sliced
½ cup Butter
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dill weed
1 teaspoon Grated onion
¼ teaspoon Salt
4 drops Tabasco sauce

Place cucumber in blender; blend until smooth. Whip butter until light & fluffy in mixing bowl; gradually beat in cucumber, continuing to beat until combined & smooth. Blend in lemon juice, dill weed, onion, salt & Tabasco. Serve at room temperature with fried yellow perch.
