¼cupGrated cucumber
2tablespoonsMinced green onions, white & green parts
1tablespoonDijon mustard
2teaspoonsMinced fresh parsley
2teaspoonsLemon juice
¼teaspoonDried dill
¼teaspoonFreshly ground black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl with a tight lid. Stir or shake well. Refrigerate. Makes 1¼ cups.
