Crusty cornbread

Yield: 1 loaf

Measure Ingredient
1⅓ cup Water
¼ teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Cornmeal
3¼ cup All-purpose flour
1½ teaspoon Quick-rising yeast

From large (1-1/2lb to 2lb) bread machine, remove baking pan. Add to pan (in order) water, hot pepper sauce, oil, sugar, salt, cornmeal and flour.

Sprinkle yeast over top, making sure yeast does not touch water mixture.

According to manufacturer's instructions, choose cycle appropriate to nonsweet- or nonfresh-milk bread.
