Crunchy guacamole salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Head lettuce
2 Tomatoes; chopped
½ cup Chopped black olives
¼ cup Chopped onion
½ cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup Small size corn chips
1 Avocado; mashed
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
½ cup Sour cream
⅓ cup Salad oil
½ teaspoon Chili powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Tabasco

DRESSING

Mix all salad ingredients except corn chips together. For dressing, beat all ingredients with mixer. Pour over salad which has been prepared. Chill.

Add corn chips. Toss again and serve. Yield: 8 servings.
