Yield: 6 Servings
|2 tablespoons||Fresh lemon or lime juice|
|2 \N||Medium-sized ripe avocadoes|
|1 medium||Cloves garlic, minced (up to 2)|
1. Place the lemon or lime juice in a medium-sized shallow bowl.
2. Add the avocado. Cut the avocado and scoop out the inside, leaving the skin. Mash the avocado to any consistancy you like.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and chill.
