Creamy mustard sauce 2

Ingredients

½cupNonfat sour cream
1tablespoonGrated Parmesan cheese
1tablespoon(to 2 tbs) red wine vinegar
1tablespoonSpicy brown mustard
1teaspoonSoy sauce
¾teaspoonDried marjoram
teaspoonPepper
1Garlic clove(s), minced

Directions

Combine all the ingredients and stir well. Cover and chill if desired.

Serve with beef, pork, lamb, or poultry.
