Mustard sauce #02

Ingredients

2tablespoonsLemon juice
2tablespoonsRed wine vinegar
2tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
½cupDijon mustard
1teaspoonEnglish dry mustard
Salt and white pepper to taste
2cupsMayonnaise

Directions

Combine lemon juice, wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Blend well. Add mayonnaise slowly. Blend thoroughly. If sauce is too piquant, add more mayonnaise. Serves 6.
