Creamy mustard salad dressing

Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Mustard
\N \N Fat-free sour cream; or lowfat plain yogurt, strained

Say's Tom: I add one teaspoon of my favorite mustard to fat-free or low-fat sour cream. Mix to blend. It has a nice tang and, of course, the creaminess of mayo. You can use plain yogurt with mustard, but not right out of the cup. Strain it through a coffee filter for two hours first, if you've got the time.
