Creamy mustard sauce - mix & match

Ingredients

cupSour cream, reduced fat
¼cupChicken broth, reduced-fat
¼cupCreamy mustard blend
¼teaspoonBlack pepper, freshly ground
2tablespoonsScallions; sliced

Directions

Whisk all ingredients except scallions in a small bowl until blended.

Pour into skillet, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 minute, stirring often, until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in scallions. Spoon over or under the Mix & Match chicken, pork or steak.
