Creamy mint dressing

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Cream-style cottage cheese |
| ¼ | cup | Mayonnaise or salad dressing |
| ¼ | cup | Mint jelly |
| 4 | teaspoons | Lime juice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend with a fork. Chill. Spoon into a pretty crystal bowl and garnish with a slice of twisted fresh lime, if desired. This could be the center of a beautiful luncheon buffet, or on a smaller scale, a delightful addition to an evening buffet meal.
